CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGE POLICY
Operating Hours
Our team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding national holidays and periods of inclement weather.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, in the order they are received. Most orders are processed within 24 hours.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been assigned a tracking number. Once a tracking number has been assigned, cancellations cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Please note that if an order is refused and returned to us, a 10% restocking fee will apply, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Address Adjustments
We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order is placed. To maintain the integrity of our business, any orders with incorrect addresses or that require a change of address will be canceled and will require a new order to be placed.
Item Adjustments
While we strive to ensure accurate stock and item availability on our website, human error can occur. If there is an issue, you will be notified before any changes are made to your order or if your order needs to be canceled. We cannot add additional items to existing orders. If you wish to remove items from your order, we can process a refund for the difference. However, we cannot charge you more than your original payment authorization.
