Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the Continental United States and Canada. For inquiries regarding shipments to other territories, please contact us directly at hello@leorangesmoke.com.

Operating Hours

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Please note that we do not operate on national holidays, and our processing time might be altered due to unforeseen natural weather changes. 

Processing Time

Orders placed by 12 PM Eastern Time (in the recipient's time zone) are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays will be processed on the next operating day.

Delivery Expectations

To ensure timely delivery, especially during high-demand seasons, we recommend placing your orders in advance. While we strive to process orders promptly, we cannot guarantee carrier transit times, as these may be affected by weather conditions and demand. Please note Delivery times are estimated suggestions only. 

Shipping Carriers

We use UPS and USPS to handle your shipments.

At checkout, you can choose between 'Standard' and 'Expedited' shipping options when available. Internally, we determine the most suitable carrier based on your selection to ensure you receive the most cost-effective and efficient service available.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically fulfilled by UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage, with estimated delivery times of 4-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: We select the fastest available service, often UPS 2-Day Air or USPS Priority Mail, guaranteeing delivery within 2-4 business days.

Please note that shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Your transit time begins once a tracking number is issued. UPS tracking usually shows updates within 24 hours, while USPS tracking may take up to 48 hours to reflect transit progress.

Address Accuracy

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address is accurate and clearly written, including apartment or suite numbers. Abbreviations and aliases are not accepted. After placing your order, please review your details to confirm the accuracy of your address. You can edit your order within 15 minutes of placement to make any necessary address changes. Once this time has passed, we are unable to modify the address or make any changes. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as some orders require adult signature confirmation.

Liability

Once your package is shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or lost items that occur during transit. For detailed tracking or delivery issues, please refer to the respective carrier's policies. We are happy to help you navigate this process and ensure all needed information is readily available. FREE SHIPPING DISCOUNT

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a specified minimum purchase amount, which may change at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust or modify this free shipping offer as needed to align with our business and marketing strategies. Please note that free shipping discounts are subject to change without notice and will not be honored if missed. For orders below the specified amount, standard shipping rates apply, unless otherwise stated in qualifying offers.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

At LeOrange Smoke, we prioritize transparency and simplicity. International shipping rates are offered at retail cost and determined exclusively by USPS and UPS.

Please note that LeOrange Smoke is not responsible for shipping costs or duty fees associated with receiving or returning your merchandise. Our liability concludes once the package is with the carrier. Any issues related to loss or damage during transit must be resolved directly with the carrier; while we are here to assist, resolutions are at their discretion.

Additionally, LeOrange Smoke will never label a package as a “gift” to evade importing fees.
